Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your PawLumora™ purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and include its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at pawlumora@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at pawlumora@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and work to provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us. In most cases, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
